Continuing the legacy of Kvinder i Finans
Kvinder i Finans is a professional network dedicated to increasing the number of women pursuing careers in finance, with a particular focus on M&A, Investment Banking, Private Equity and related areas.
Since its founding, Kvinder i Finans has created a strong community for ambitious women in finance through mentorship, network groups, professional events and close collaboration with leading firms in the industry. The initiative has helped students and young professionals build confidence, gain industry insights and create long-lasting relationships across the financial sector.
KiF Mentorship Programme

In 2025, FinanceLab took over Kvinder i Finans with the ambition of continuing and strengthening its important work.
As Denmark’s largest and oldest student-led finance organisation, FinanceLab is built around education, performance and network. By bringing Kvinder i Finans into the FinanceLab platform, we aim to preserve the original spirit of the initiative while giving it an even stronger foundation through FinanceLab’s student community, partner network and event platform.
The purpose remains clear: to inspire more women to explore careers in finance, support them through relevant mentorship and events, and create a stronger network across students, professionals and firms.
