Who we are

Lind Capital is a highly specialized technology driven trading company based in Aarhus C. We trade in the financial markets using a market neutral approach and create value independently of market increase or decrease. Our business model is based on technology and data, and we use our deep market knowledge, and well-tested, customized systems and tools to gain the informational insights we base our trading upon.

The team you will be a part of

In Lind Capital you become part of a diverse organisation, working together to secure Lind Capital’s future success. In the Operations team, we are ambitious about our role in the organisation, and we have a strong teamwork with focus on knowledge sharing to enhance our work with the daily operations. Together, we are responsible for controlling, clearing, and settlement of several thousand daily executions on the financial markets, and for the processing of daily and monthly risk monitoring.

Your responsibility

Your job covers a wide field from important daily tasks to complex ad hoc projects. In the role, you will work closely together with your colleagues in the team, but also across the organisation to stay updated and be well equipped to help the team maintain, and continue to develop, our internal setup. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in projects related to optimization of processes in the team
  • Supporting development of models and reporting tools
  • Settlement via clearing agents, cash management, and corporate actions handling
  • Data investigation to find reasons for exceptions
  • Data processing and follow-ups on executed trades
  • Controlling and evaluation of trading limits
  • Ad hoc analysis
  • Reconciliation of executions, dividends, and fees
  • Creation and maintenance of master data
  • Margin model handling

We are excited if you have experience with several of the above mentioned, but otherwise we will teach you.

Personality matters

As you become part of a smaller team, it is important that you find it natural to communicate and share knowledge with your colleagues, and that you find excitement in being co-responsible for the daily operations in Lind Capital.

  • You have a relevant educational background within finance, FIB, or similar and relevant experience from a previous job (can also be from a student job).
  • Alternatively, you are educated in the financial industry (e.g. bank), similar to a financial management degree, and have experience with some of the above-mentioned responsibilities.
  • You have a solid experience with Excel and VBA – Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • You have a natural interest in the financial markets, and you are methodical, perceptive, and self-motivated
  • You have strong analytical skills, and you are systematic, disciplined, and have an eye for details
  • You are eager to learn, to actively develop yourself and take on more responsibility
